Note: In China, the visa services are handled by BLS International, an official outsourced partner of Embassy of India, China. Visa approval decisions rest solely with the Indian Embassy or Consulate.
📌 Important Context: Obtaining an employment visa for Chinese nationals requires meticulous preparation and a strategic approach due to its extensive documentation requirements and extreme scrutiny, which exceeds visa issuance procedure for other nationals. Such stringent procedural requirements stem from existing tensions and mid-2020 border clashes between the two countries. Companies must plan their documentation and application steps well in advance to ensure a smooth processing experience despite these challenges.

⚠️ Important Note: The above checklist reflects standard documentation requirements for an Indian Employment Visa. However, actual requirements may vary based on the jurisdiction of the Indian Embassy/Consulate, individual applicant profiles, or case-specific factors.
