Document Requirements for Regular Business Visa - For Intra-Group Travels
📌 Important: Please ensure all the following documents are prepared before submitting your Business Visa application. A complete application with properly arranged documents will significantly speed up the processing time.
📃 Personal Documents
Online Visa Application Form
Original Passport
Passport Valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages
Photographs
Two Recent photographs (2 x 2 inches), with white background
Copy of the Chinese ID Card
Bank Guarantee Certificate or Bank Statement (for last 6 months)
Showing min amount of RMB 1,00,000
Any other case-specific documents
Additional documents may be required for non-Chinese nationals
💼 Company Documents
Original Invitation letter from Indian Company issue to the applicant
Original Dispatch Letter from the company in China (in English)
Must include: Purpose and duration of visit, Applicant's annual income/salary, Undertaking if either company is sponsoring the expenses for the visit (if applicable)
Business License of Chinese Company
Including its English translation or CCPIT Registration Certificate of Incorporation
Company Registration Documents
Certificate of Incorporation or other valid registration documents for Indian entity
Undertaking Letter
From the Indian Company, confirming responsibility for the applicant's activities and conduct in India
All letters issued by the company must be printed on the company's official letterhead, signed by an authorized representative, clearly stating their name and designation, and must bear the company's official seal.
